What your experience level before doing the DSAT tec 1 course?
Vivek: Advance PADI Diver + SSI – Rescue Diver + PADI Speciality Nitrox and Deep Diver.
What got you into tec and what are your future goals in diving?
Vivek:Well to be very frank, I loved all the equipment, the style and the works. It all looked like I was getting ready to go on a space walk!!
As I completed my Deep Diver Specialty course, I watched some video’s at Blue Mango Dive Center, read about the technicalities and became very interested. It was very challenging and demanding for me on a personal level.
Being a marine navigator by profession I am always fascinated by boats!! Well, both on the oceans and under the oceans. Tec Diving lets you explore more into the underwater ghosts, as we call them. Lucky for me Dustin could offer all the above.
At present I doing my Dive Master and Instructor Course. But I intend to pursue Tec diving more by learning the Tec Diver Level II, Tec Trimix and also becoming a EANx and Trmix Gas Blender.
Eventually I would like to teach all this at some point in my life.
How was the tec training you received at Bluemango with Boracay tech divers?
Blue Mango Divers boracay tech diving team are very professional and safe in every aspect. It more of the personal touch, one gets when you dive with them and they ensure every dive is special. I have to say that both Dustin and Justin are very committed, professional and very good tutors.
I enjoyed everyday I spent there with all the instructors and friends at Blue Mango Dive Center. In fact I did both my specialties and the very first Tec course with Dustin.
So guys have a great time Bora, but DO NOT forget to visit Blue Mango Divers if you like to venture the underwater world.
